What the course does

Your group learns to listen in the way that makes someone feel understood, maybe for the first time in years. They'll meet the eight Adverse Advisors, the ways people break connection while trying to help. They'll spend sixty seconds being deliberately ignored, so they know what its absence feels like. And they'll practice reflective listening on something real from their own lives, not a scripted scenario.
