A marriage cracking, a lie someone has believed for twenty years, two people in a small group who haven’t spoken in months: it all lands on the pastor’s desk, and few churches have anyone else ready to carry it.
We change that. We train ordinary members to listen well, renew their minds, and work through conflict, then send them to train the next person. The pastor stops carrying it alone, and the congregation becomes a caring community.
A campus ministry leader at Northern Kentucky University took what he practiced with us back to campus. He used it with a student who had been showing up for months without ever engaging. That student gave his life to Christ.
Over fifty years this has spread to more than 120 countries. Teams in Kenya, Nicaragua, and Uganda learned it with us and now lead it on their own.
Many of the churches that need this most can’t afford it. Your gift equips the whole body of those churches and stays with them afterward, here and around the world.
