You were made for more than this.

More than friendly. More than busy. More than consuming content and hoping something eventually clicks. Equipping Ministries exists for what is possible on the other side of that.

“To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.”
Ephesians 4:12

WHY WE EXIST

We have access to more sermons, podcasts, and books than any generation before us. And yet a lot of us feel less formed and more alone.

We have learned how to consume faith. We have forgotten how to practice it.

Discipleship was never meant to be received. It was meant to be lived, with real people, in real life, through the relationships right in front of you.

That is what we have been building toward for 50 years.

Where are you longing for deeper formation right now?

  • FOR CHURCHES & MINISTRIES

“We want discipleship to shape the culture of our church.”

EMI partners with churches and ministries who long to see discipleship move beyond programs into shared life and practice.

  • FOR SMALL GROUPS & COMMUNITIES

“We want more than good conversations. We want shared practice.”

EMI offers simple, repeatable practices that help groups move from discussion to formation, together.

  • FOR FAMILIES

“We want faith to be practiced at home.”

We help families practice faith in ways that are relational, sustainable, and woven into everyday life.

  • FOR PERSONAL FORMATION

“I want a way to begin practicing my faith more, but don’t know where to begin.”

See how Chris’ story started with simple practices that invite reflection, presence, and formation right where you are.

We believe relationships are the primary context of formation.

Rather than adding more programs or content, EMI focuses on shared relational practices that shape how people live, love, and follow Jesus together.
