Creating Connection teaches someone to listen, the kind that makes another person feel understood, maybe for the first time in years. That's what opens a heart.
Once a heart opens, the lies underneath start showing up. Renewing Your Mind teaches someone to find that lie and hold it up against the truth.
And once a lie gets exposed, conflict rises to the surface instead of staying buried. Conflict to Connection teaches someone to walk through that conflict instead of around it, and come out closer on the other side.
