When I was introduced to EMI about a decade ago, I repented (to make a turn in the opposite direction).  Thanks to EMI , I began to make significant turns in all my relationships, including my enemies. The resulting journeys have been miracles.  Praise God.

George Hart, Vice Chair
George has served in pastoral ministry for over 22 years in congregations in North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, New York and Ohio. He graduated from Ambassador University with a BA in Business and Theology and received an MA in Religion from Cincinnati Christian University.

George has been serving in Cincinnati since 1996, currently as pastor of Christ Community Church. He is passionate about spiritual formation (how people become more like Jesus) and racial reconciliation.

George and his wife, Vicki, have two adult children.

As a pastor I’m always looking for solid biblical and grace based material, and that is what I found at EMI in 1998.  EMI’s courses have been a blessing to me and to my congregation.  I have seen many lives transformed by EMI materials and dedicated instructors.

I was blessed to take EMI courses while I was still a baby Christian in my 40’s. Each course has helped me communicate better with my wife, family, patients, friends…even strangers and those hostile towards me as a Christian physician and scientist.  Practicing EMI skills regularly becomes second nature, and as such, intertwined with my DNA.

Judy and Eric are the parents of four young children.

I have found deep wells of the loving heart of God through its ministry that I have not experienced anywhere else in my 30 years as a Christian.   I was introduced to EMI in my 20’s when I was struggling to fully live out biblical principles as a newlywed.  In several local churches I have been blessed to see the life-giving power that manifests when members begin to use the skills we teach.  I have seen powerful results when our business has applied these skills in consulting and corporate training.

Culture is the number one predictor of outcomes. Often the ability, skills and insights to translate great truths of scripture to an every day reality is missing.  EMI provides that much needed translation!  God has blessed many (myself included) with practical tools to help the body of Christ feel and live her inheritance.
