International Orders All non-US orders require payment in full by credit card only. Customer is responsible for any tariffs and duty charges incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of merchandise restrictions, if any, for their local area. If an order is refused by the customer at delivery for reasons other than damaged merchandise, a restocking fee plus return postage may be charged. All international customers must contact us by phone (513-742-1100) or e-mail (store@equippingministries.org) for shipping charges on specific items.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping and Handling Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, and you can expect to receive them in 3-10 business days. Any delays in this arise from a backorder situation. If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will be contacted. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. (However, you are only billed one shipping charge per order.) Please note: We do not ship to PO boxes.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund, credit, or exchange. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Please insure the merchandise for the full value of the item(s) for your protection since returned damaged merchandise will not be honored. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged Deliveries EMI will replace at no charge any merchandise damaged during shipment to you. Please inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. If the item is received damaged, please notify us within 72 hours. |
