Dave Ping brings over 20 years of outreach and training experience to his role as EMI's Executive Director.

Under his leadership, EMI has taught outward-focused ministry skills to over 500,000 pastors, missionaries, and leaders in 70 countries.

He has written articles for major Christian magazines and co-authored such popular books and interactive equipping courses as: Quick-to-Listen Leaders, Irresistible Evangelism, Listening for Heaven's Sake, and Renewing the Mind, and the most recent Outflow book, small group DVD, and churchwide campaign.
